On Thursday at Fair Grounds, the featured race is the $50,000 Blushing K.D. Stakes. Named after the Kentucky Oaks winner from 1997, the race will be contested at about a mile and a sixteenth on the turf and has drawn a field of eight fillies and mares. 
Just five runners will line up to contest the $150,000 Louisiana Champions Day Classic December 13 at Fair Grounds, leaving bettors to decide whether the heavily favored Sunbeam (2/5 ML) is worth playing against or a simply a free square in the exotic wagering. 
On Wednesday at Gulfstream Park, the featured race is the $50,000 Golden Beach Handicap. Restricted to three-year-old fillies, the one-mile race has drawn a field of ten. 
On Saturday at Aqueduct, the featured race is the 29th running of the $100,000 Garland of Roses Stakes. The race will be run on the inner track at six furlongs and has drawn a field of eight fillies and mares. 
On Saturday at Del Mar, the featured race is the inaugural edition of the $100,000 Red Carpet Handicap. The Grade 3 race, slated to be run at a mile and three-eighths on the turf, has drawn a field of eleven fillies and mares with one other listed as also-eligible. 
It’s not often that the winner of a Breeders’ Cup race shows up at Delta Downs in their next start, but that’s exactly the case with Take Charge Brandi who claimed the Breeders’ Cup Juvenile Fillies earlier this month at odds of over 61/1. Now she returns in the Grade 3 Delta Princess Stakes to take on nine rivals in the mile race on the main track. 
On Sunday, Aqueduct will feature the inaugural running of the $100,000 Key Cents Stakes. Restricted to horses bred in New York, the six-furlong contest will feature a field of six two-year-old fillies. 
The $100,000 Millions Classic Preview November 8 at Gulfstream Park West features a competitive field of eight going a mile and sixteenth on the main track in a race where handicappers must weight the merits of experience versus potential.
