Category : News - Thu 20/08/2015 - 14:41 EDT

Curalina headlines the field as the morning line favorite at odds of 7-5 for trainer Todd Pletcher. A chestnut daughter of Curlin owned by Eclipse Thoroughbred Partners, she is undefeated from four starts this year and comes into this race off of back to back Grade 1 victories. Last time out, she moved up for the win via disqualification after I’m a Chattebox finished first by a nose. John Velazquez will be in the irons and they will break from post position two.

I'm a Chatterbox back to avenge DQ

Second choice at odds of 5-2 is I’m a Chatterbox for trainer Larry Jones. The chestnut daughter of Munnings will be trying to avenge her loss in the Coaching Club American Oaks (G1) after being stripped of the win by disqualification after drifting in the stretch. She has won four of her eight starts and is a multiple graded stakes winner. Florent Geroux will be back in the irons and they will break from post position four.

Lovely Maria trying to return to form

Also in the field for trainer Larry Jones is Lovely Maria who has been tabbed at odds of 5-1 on the morning line. A bay daughter of Majesticperfection, she has won four of her nine starts and earned the biggest victory of her career in the Kentucky Oaks (G1) in May. She is trying to rebound after a fifth-place finish in the Delaware Oaks (G3) and will have regular rider Kerwin Clark aboard from post three.
